The gambrel-style home included exterior crown moulding detailing, Marvin windows and doors, and an expansive farmers’ porch. The interior features wide plank character grade oak floors and a custom-built oak staircase.

The new kitchen is highlighted by custom white oak cabinets and an eat-in dining nook. The master bathroom features a tile shower, heated tile floor with a double vanity, and a built-in red cedar sauna.

Energy upgrades included insulated exterior sheathing for a thermal break, spray foam, blown-in insulation for a tight shell, and an efficient heat pump system with HRV for healthy indoor air.
