Design, project management, and custom buildout of a 15,000 sq ft building, which was formerly Salmon Falls Woodworks. We renovated the space into a hard cider production facility with offices, tasting room, three bathrooms, and outdoor deck for North Country Hard Cider in Dover, New Hampshire.

Complete renovation of 1970s ranch, open concept, vaulted, modern-rustic space with stone chimney and custom-milled off-the-lot quarter-sawn red oak flooring. Exterior features eastern white cedar siding and decks with reclaimed red cedar screen room.

For this multi-phase remodel we added a mudroom, downstairs half bath, back porch with French doors opening from the dining room, as well as remodeling and expanding the second floor bathroom, plus all new windows and doors throughout the house.
ATTIC REMODEL

This remodel converted the unfinished attic into a multi-purpose space incorporating a home office and media room, adding a Paragon spiral staircase that leads up to the third floor, where Anderson windows showcase lots of natural light, Shioga maple flooring, and a halfwall dividing the office space from living space.
