CUSTOM BUILT HOME

NEW CONSTRUCTION IN DURHAM, NH
This custom 3800sqft home in Durham, New Hampshire is built to certified passive house and net zero standards in collaboration with GOLogic. We utilized energy efficient whole house systems, and sourced materials from the land. The ash flooring throughout the home were originally trees on the property which, due to Emerald Ash Borer, wouldn’t survive more than a few more years without deteriorating.

Gordon Design-Build was a pleasure to work with. Their expertise and guidance helped us build the house we wanted. The attention to detail and level of fit and finish is amazing. Gordon Design-Build provided input on the home design, a landscape design, and recommendations for cabinets and built-ins. We started working with them as soon as we purchased the lot, and they were our General Contractor throughout the entire process, including some last minute changes after we moved in. I highly recommend working with Ivan and the team, and engaging them before starting the design process.
