Our years of experience building and renovating homes allows us to take in a space and see a myriad of possibilities. We’ll work closely with you to build a beautiful new home or maximize the potential of your existing space, considering your particular needs and budget to design the ideal space for you and yours.

PLANNING + DESIGN
Reach out to us to discuss your initial ideas, the scope of your project, and your ideal timeframe and budget. Once we’ve got a handle on that, we’ll set up a preliminary meeting at the job site to dive deeper into the details of the project, in context.
With all this information in mind, we’ll share a pre-construction and design services agreement that details the scope of the job thus far. Our team of interior and architectural designers, landscape architects, builders, and engineers will work collaboratively to draw up your plans. Depending on the complexity of the project, we may also partner with an architect in the planning process.
Once the design is drafted, then we’ll price the project to determine a preliminary budget. After that, we’ll nail down picking out cabinets, countertops, windows, flooring, and more. As much as we can determine at this stage, the more detailed, and therefore more accurate, the estimated cost will be. The benefit of this process is to get our expertise as a group to create the best possible plan moving forward, based on your specific needs and preferences. During this planning and design phase, we’re looking to create an optimal cost benefit for the whole project.

GO Logic buildings have super insulated, air-sealed building shells, expertly designed to use 80 percent less energy than a conventional new home.
We are a GO Logic builder partner. We work collaboratively with the GO Logic team, building their prefabricated homes to completion.

Our years of experience renovating spaces allows us to envision all the possibilities of a space and help our clients to expand their understanding of what could be an option within their home remodel. We are always thinking of the best course of action to ensure an efficient process, with a plan customized to a clients’ specific preferences.
We try to make it as painless as possible for our clients.We know it’s a challenge to have your space in somewhat disarray, with a team of workers coming in and out of your home. Our crew always has this in mind and we work to be conscientious of our client’s privacy and comfort during the renovation process.
We design for the ultimate outcome, but understand that the project itself may need to be done in phases. We plan for the ideal and work backwards, prioritizing what’s most important to you, working within your timeframe and budget constraints.
KITCHEN + BATH
We are experts in kitchen and bathroom design and remodeling, which allows for our process to be seamless. Our approach is super efficient to create the best possible outcome. Based on your goals for these two most used rooms in the home, we draw up plans, often opening up a space in ways our clients don’t realize is even possible until we show them.
